- A detailed audit and health check
- Secure, remote diagnostics
- Unlimited telephone support between 08.00 & 18.00
- A number of pre-paid days of on-site consultancy for pro-active
tasks and reactive support
- 2 hour response + 2 hour fix target service level agreement
- Calls out of SLA are passed to Microsoft, Citrix or VMware for
prompt resolution
Costs are based on the number of user and the complexity of the server infrastructure.
