Established in 1994, Insite is an IT Service Provider which focuses on mid-market companies with up to 1,200 concurrent users. We provide managed services ranging from hosting and management of a single business critical application, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or SunSystems, to full IT outsourcing.

Our business model is based on a manageable number of long term, high quality relationships with clients who view ‘fit-for-purpose’ IT as a strategic investment and a prerequisite of competitive advantage and growth. Insite specialises in transformational outsourcing, with proven expertise in identifying risks / weaknesses, making IT fit-for-purpose and leveraging technologies which save money or improve efficiency.

Insite is a Microsoft centric company with two discrete sides to its business; Consultancy and Managed Services. Insite is an ISO 27001 & ISO 20000-1 accredited company. This demonstrates that Insite can be trusted to not only manage customers data (ISO 27001), but as importantly to deliver first class project and managed services (ISO 20000-1).

Insite is a successful, privately held company. This allows us to plan for the long term and we have invested heavily in expertise, facilities and resources to provide round the clock service from our fully resilient data centres. As part of our continuous improvement policy we have recently relocated to a new, 12,000 square feet, purpose-built, tier 3 data centre.
